Section 29
Not considered as transaction for commercial purpose
- Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, any endangered wildlife or flora or any endangered wildlife or flora for tourism, cultural, traditional knowledge promotion, educational, recreational, sports, research, aesthetic purposes without increasing the prescribed rate. Viewing or exhibiting of samples shall not be considered as transaction for commercial purposes.
